This is my first top five Wednesday. I don’t know that I’ll do these consistently because I seem to write when I have inspiration or finish a book, but I tried to get ahead so this topic wouldn’t pass me by.
Below are some authors that I love and can’t wait for them to give me more wonderful books to devour so I can wait again. It’s a cycle full of great books and impatient waiting. I featured the next book I’ll read of the author, except for Wait for Me, which is the only book out by that author and I have already read it. I hope you enjoy!
Top 5 authors I want to read more from
Wait For Me By Caroline Leech published January 31, 2017
I read this over spring break and it is the best historical fiction besides The Book Theif, that I have ever read. I not so patiently await the next book by Leech. Here’s my review of Wait for Me
Pyromantic By Lish McBride published March 21, 2017
I read the first book Firebug and it was very intriguing and had a blend of interesting fantasy elements that I enjoyed. Pyromantic is at the top of my TBR list, and I have no doubt it will live up to my expectations.
Radio by Sophia Elaine Hanson published April 5, 2017
Vinyl was stunning, just like the gorgeous cover! Radio‘s cover is just a beautiful and I can’t wait to be done with testing so I can buy it and binge read! Here’s my review for Vinyl
Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco published September 19, 2017
I thought that Stalking Jack the Ripper was a stand alone, so when I found out there was a sequel, I was PUMPED! Maniscalco has my attention and I am eager to read this book and more by her! Here’s my review of Stalking Jack the Ripper.
Flashtide by Jenny Moyer published November 14, 2017
This book comes out three days before my birthday and I know what I’ll be using my Barnes and Nobles gift cards for, this book! Moyer is from the Des Moines area which is where I live, and it got to meet her and talk to her. Flashfall was such a unique concept and I’m already itching to get my hands on her next book. Here’s my review of Flashfall
