Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale
This book is so beautiful. It’s technically a fantasy world I believe but I believe it’s built upon Asia. I really like the different cultures that are incorporated into the story. The traditions from the different backgrounds characters were so interesting and also
The Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan
Umm…so some of this takes place in Egypt right? I know some of it’s in London, but not all of it. Travel a lot, as Riordan likes to do in his books. I was late getting into this series I didn’t think I’d like as much as the Greek mythology, but of course, I was wrong because Riordan does such an amazing job with all his books.
An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
I really really really like this book. The different POV in the book make the already complex plot even more interesting and interwoven. I think all the characters are so well developed and no matter who you are, you’ll relate with at least one of them. Not to mention there’s some awesome adventure, magic, and action in this book.
The Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh
I just did a review on this, so you probably know how much I loved this book. I’ve never read a book based on China whether fantasy or realistic so I found this story refreshing and wonderful.
The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
I know I already used one of Ahdieh’s books, but she does such a fantastic job with her books, and she is definitely forging a path outside the Western world.
I adore Ember in the Ashes, and I’m dying to read the third book.
I’ve nominated you for the Mystery Blogger Award! I hope you enjoy.

I’m still fuming we have to wait until 2018 for it. And no problem! 😄

I’m trying not to think about it too much 🙃

Same. As long as my babies Laia and Elias are fine, I’m okay with the wait.
