It was a great month of reading! 1 reread, 2 anticipated reads, and all 4 of the Raven Cycle books! Check out my blog post at the link in my bio to read my thoughts on each of these books! What did you read this month?

Turtle Under Ice is a story of two sisters dealing with grief, the inevitability of time, and the acceptance of change. It’s told from the perspectives of two sisters through verse. It was an interesting read. It’s both comforting and educational to read how different people deal with grief. I’m also really getting into reading books told through verse! This was the first physical book I’d checked out from my local library since March!

I am a zombie girl. I love zombie movies and I’m a huge fan of zombie books, especially if there’s a twist and all of these books have that twist! Whether it’s water zombies, zombie warriors, or zombies that steal your soul, there’s something for every zombie book lover! 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♂️

What is the most fall like book to you? 🍁 I’m not really a seasonal reader, I mostly read what I want when I want. I’m crazy like that 😂However, I think it’s fun to think of books that remind me of the spooky season! 🎃 So, here are six books I think are great for reading as the temperature cools and the leaves change colors. There’s mystery, murder, a pun, the undead, Fae, and dark academia! Enjoy!
